Neva, Lennox and the Organ Concert
Our oldest HC church continuous member, Neva Mason, and our outstanding song/lyric and performing artist. Lennox Fleary attended a weekly Thursday Organ recital at the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. This is the oldest English Speaking church in Los Angeles
The performing Organist and organist in residence at the FCC, S Wayne Foster was the artist of the day. Ask them about the beautiful majestic cathedral church setting and the magnificent organ.
Ask Neva 95 about getting kissed by Mr Mitchell 95(their birthdays are 2 months apart)…who started the Mitchell Boys Choir. He is also a renowned organ player of the silent movie era.
